NWESS – Northwest Energy Systems Symposium 2016

April 27, 2016 - April 28, 2016

We invite you to attend the sixth IEEE Northwest Energy Systems Symposium to be held in Seattle at the University of Washington, Intellectual House, on Wednesday and Thursday April 27-28, 2016.

This year the theme of the conference is “Sustainability and Resiliency”.

The keynote will address the Vision for Pacific Northwest Utilities.

There will also be presentations on: Resiliency and Disaster Planning, Energy Storage, Solar in the Northwest, CAISO Energy Imbalance Market, and Analysis and Use of Smart Meter Data.

We have excellent speakers and extensive case studies describing work being done by regional industry and utilities. You will be on campus, learn from experts and have opportunities to discuss ideas with your friends and colleagues. You will take back with you all of the presentations and information about what others in your industry are doing. Please examine the attached conference brochure.

Those involved in utility Engineering, Operations, Marketing and Conservation will benefit from this conference.

Fees and Registration

The fee for this two day conference is $225 for IEEE members and $250 for non-members. Refreshments and lunches included.
